Vermont Bride Military Wedding Giveaway

Something I have wanted to do for a while is figure out a way for Truly Noted to give back to the community. That is why I am so excited to finally announce our participation in the Vermont Bride Military Wedding Giveaway! This amazing giveaway is for a complete wedding package to be awarded to one deserving military couple. There are so many great local vendors participating and Jackie of VT Enchanted Events is doing all of the planning and coordination so you know it will be beautifully done.

The wedding will be held on September 2, 2012 at the charming ye olde England Inne in Stowe. Here is a list of the local talent lending their services and expertise to make it unforgettable:

Vermont Etsy Street Team Giveaway!

Even though things are winding down for me as I prepare for our new bundle of joy, I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to host a give away for the Made In Vermont Etsy Street Team!



So from July 12-15 you can enter to win a set of Custom Note Cards from Truly Noted! You get 10 beautifully printed note cards made with thick linen textured cardstock complete with matching lined envelopes. I will customize them with whatever name you like, or if you would prefer a message such as 'Thank You' I can do that as well.

Get Paid to Honeymoon

Yeah, that sounds pretty awesome, doesn't it??? Well if you agree then you might want to check out how to win the best job in the world. Apparently Runaway Bride and Groom (an Irish travel agency) is looking for a couple to send all over the world to test out hot honeymoon destinations. Yeah, that's right, you would get paid to lay around on a sun soaked beach and sip exotic cocktails in your honeymoon villa with ocean views.

All you have to do to enter is tell them why you think Ireland is the perfect destination for your wedding- easy peasy! If I wasn't about to have a baby in five months I would totally be applying for this job! But since I probably wouldn't fit their criteria for an ideal candidate, I am letting you know so maybe you can win it! (and I can live vicariously though you, okay?)

The Wedding Affair - A GIVEAWAY!!

When I was planning my wedding in 2006 I went to most of the greater Burlington area bridal shows, but none could come close to the elegance of the VT Vows Wedding Affair. It is the only show my husband-to-be accompanied me to, and I am so glad that was the one he chose! He started to wonder what he had been missing, but really he didn't miss anything because that show was it. Champagne and hors d'ouvres being passed around everywhere, a live band and dancing lessons, Fiori Bridal wedding gown show; it was definitely the who's who of the talented wedding professionals in Vermont.

So I am incredibly excited, and oh so grateful, that this year I will be going to the Wedding Affair again, but this time as a vendor. With my own dupioni silk covered banquet table and tons of samples for all of you to see and touch. And most importantly I get to meet all of you face to face and talk to you about your weddings, which really is why I got into this business to begin with!

If you are engaged, even if your wedding is in a couple of months and most of your details are already figured out, I urge you not to miss this incredible event. And I am hoping to help make sure one of you gets to go by giving away two free tickets to the event! Tickets are $25 so that is a $50 value!
